Yes cod service is available
Cod order takes 1 or 2 days extra in delivery than prepaid orders. because the COD order process is longer than prepaid.
We suggest you make prepaid order if you want faster delivery. Also, courier companies deliver prepaid parcels faster than cod parcels.
Replacement /Return/Refund policy
There is a certain process of return and replacement policy.
Make a video while opening the parcel. if you receive a broken product or have any issue regarding the product WhatsApp on 7876005800 within 24 hours of delivery. After video confirmation, we will send you a replacement without any charges.
If an opening video of the parcel is not made we will be unable to provide a replacement.
In case of a return, a refund will be processed within 3-4working days, if an order is in cash on delivery our customer's service team will contact you for a refund.
