Replacement or Refund policy?

Make a video while opening the parcel. If you get a damaged or broken parcel than send us that video within 2 days after delivery and we will examine the video if we found that video is genuine we will send you new product within 5-6 days.

Refunds are made only in this case if the customer cancels the orders within 24 hours after placing the order. In that case we refund your amount after deducting 2% of payment gateway charges. Make sure you will not get any refund after 24 hours because after that order get into making process.

Replacement Policy:
While rare, there is a slight chance that your order may get damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:
Opening Video is a Must – Please record a video while opening the parcel and clearly show the item. if the product in parcel is damaged or broken. Then Provide us that video within 24 hours
Check for Damage – If the item is damaged in the video, we will replace it immediately.
Without an Opening Video – We regret that we will be unable to assist with any issue without an unboxing video.
