Step 8-Provide your address detail and click on continue shopping
Step 9- Choose the payment mode either COD or Prepaid
Step 10-Confirm your order and you will get an order no.

• First, finish all detail of your order on the website.

• After that send your photos on our Whatsapp no. 7876005800 / or Gmail info@lovecraftgift.com along with your order No.

• Yes cod service is available
• Cod order takes 1 or 2 days extra in delivery than prepaid orders. because the COD order process is longer than prepaid.
• We suggest you make prepaid order if you want faster delivery. Also, courier companies deliver prepaid parcels faster than cod parcels.

• There is a certain process of return and replacement policy.
• Make a video while opening the parcel. if you receive a broken product or have any issue regarding the product WhatsApp on 7876005800 within 24 hours of delivery. After video confirmation, we will send you a replacement without any charges.
• If an opening video of the parcel is not made we will be unable to provide a replacement.
• In case of a return, a refund will be processed within 3-4working days, if an order is in cash on delivery our customer's service team will contact you for a refund.
