Replacement Policy:
While rare, there is a slight chance that your order may get damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:
Opening Video is a Must – Please record a video while opening the parcel and clearly show the item. if the product in parcel is damaged or broken. Then Provide us that video within 24 hours
Check for Damage – If the item is damaged in the video, we will replace it immediately.
